Nice app too

The app does what it is supposed to do and the cab bookings are a breeze. The OLA money recharging was having issues - kept on throwing messages like you have reached the limit prescribed by RBI and asking me to write to support of Ola. Some drivers dont switch on AC and are jus interested to dump you in one place with most urgency and move on to their next order! Except for these two, the experience of using Ola is great!

Not accurate positioning, drivers are unprofessional, cleanliness is not their priority. Dont care much about feedback or customer satisfaction. App is glitchy and data hungry, doesnt load as quickly as uber app on slower networks.

Sometimes it is hard to find anybody and on a couple of occasions I have had surly and unfriendly drivers - but for the most part it was a breeze to use. Highly recommended.

Ive used this app a few times now. Almost every time I dont find a cab when needed. In the last two months I have only got an Ola can twice. I have no trouble finding a cab with uber.

Great app. But Drivers have to commit to the trip. I have used this all over 10 times so far and every time I call the driver to confirm the booking. Except for once, the rest of the time it worked like a charm.

Would like to have the option of charging directly to credit card.

Good and timely service

After booking a cab supposed to come in 9 mins. I waited for 20 mins and as the driver picked up some other pax OLA cancelled my initial bkg and rebooked a different cab. I gave the second cab directions three times and no cab came for another 15 mins. In disgust I took an auto rickshaw. Very shoddy and unprofessional service. UBER is much better.

Fares are too expensive and totally not worth it

Ola is another taxi service that is app operated and quick. It takes about 5 minutes or so to arrive depending on how easy your location is to find, as some drivers dont know how to follow maps completely and hence get lost. However it is an ac cab cheaper than a normal taxi which is good. I mostly use ola share which pairs you with someone else going on that route and also orders a share a cab. It is super cheap and you just need a few more minutes on your hand. It costs lesser than a rick in ola share and not always is there another passenger with you.

Its also add driving time *1 rupee and no maps for destination location

OLA app brings a best out of all leading call taxi firms in chennai. Customer focused and flexible. Clear split up of amount what you pay. Kudus to app and great going.

Ive had some very good experiences with ola however I have had equally terrible experiences.many of the drivers have no respect for the customer most of the time and do as they please, its disgusting and Also after complaining to Ola about it, Ola did not do anything about it. Many times they have randomly cancelled my ride last minute which cause me to reach late or miss my appointments many a time. I sure wouldnt rely on Olas service 100%, make sure to have a backup. and the worst part is that even after filing multiple complaints the Ola people do nothing about it. really disappointed, Uber is much better this way, cost wise and professionalism wise.

Very simple and user friendly app. Great app n service if you are constantly on the move and hate to waste time with coordination and poor service providers, not to mention the haggle with cab/auto drivers.

As it stands, this app has quickly become used by me once or twice a day. About half of the time, I have to restart the iPhone before being able to use it, however.
