Ola: Book Cab, Auto, Bike Taxi App Reviews

Cant sign-up because the application keeps saying invalid phone number. Area code+number doesnt work for a U.S. number despite only accepting "10-digit phone numbers". You cant input a country code or international dialing prefix. Maybe you can only sign-up with an Indian number? Poor program design and logic. Using Uber instead.

The idea of the cab is nice but the drivers are just horrible. They dont know the roads and I took two cabs that started the meter before I got into the taxi. Thats just wrong, pls train ur drivers.

The last few updates have played spoilsport for me while loading Ola Money which takes forever to redirect to payment gateways. While a strong competitor of yours doesnt necessarily want location setting to be enabled(while opening the app), Ola needs it even though the location is usually off by several structures & the drivers need detailed info in order to get the correct location. P.S: Never reveal to the drivers the destination/drop location when they call, as they tend to make up some lame excuse or delay arriving at your location by several minutes which forces you to cancel & try booking again. Only a few of them are decent enough to let you know of their intention & ask to cancel.
