I just booked a cab to be on time for my train, the stupid driver cancelled without warning me I had to call him !! The service is not reliable, dont trust it if you have something important especially during the night

Since the upgrade, not working at all, the app close itself everytime i try to open it

Still app is not working for iPhone.

Last Update not work too !!! Please release new update fast... I m going to use NTL service

Not compatible with ios. Release the new Update asap

If you dont speak the local language and dont have a GPS on your phone do not use this app. The drivers dont speak English (I use it in India), hardly know the city and do not want to use their GPS not to use data!

Great app for booking a cab. Tracking of the cab is not always working perfectly.

Since the latest update at least. Very disappointing.

Struggled to get a cab booked for two hours .and finally was not able to .time waste

When we click "call support" app exits without dialing support team.

I took there service 3 times (1st one free). Last two times they charged toll/ parking charge which are not at all applicable (For ex: Birati to Saltlake Sec 5). Also their driver asked me to book him twice for a trip otherwise he said its not possible for Ola to take booking for a long route (Dakhineswar to Rajarhat and from Rajarhat to Birati

Ola cabs is a good cab service! Needs improve on mobile app for drop point in their Gprs. Cab drivers needs to improve their communication skills.

I try to use this app on iPhone 5S with iOS 8.2. Though it worked on iOS8.1, it did not work when I updated iOS 8.2.

Recently discovered OLA on my trip to India. Amazing service backed by sound technology. Cheers OLA team

App is useless as always has "Unable to find server" messages

I emailed customer support from a different email address then the one accosted with an account claiming it was my email address and the gave me the customers phone number. FYI its my email address.

Using Ola on iPhone 6, and its awesome to get a ride using it. 5
